Mari Oyanagi Eggum
For twenty years Mari was employed as the Foundation Administrator of the Elmer L. & Eleanor J. Andersen Foundation and the Trillium Family Foundation and now, in retirement, serves on the Board of Directors of both foundations.
She has served as a board member and officer for several nonprofit organizations, foundations and community groups, including the F. R. Bigelow Foundation, the Ramsey County Historical Society and the Friends of the Saint Paul Public Library.
Many years ago, with undergraduate and graduate degrees in mathematics education from the University of Minnesota, she was a public school teacher and college instructor.
In addition to serving as a community volunteer, she enjoys spending time with friends and family (especially her grandchildren), reading, travel, hiking and origami.
